Pricing
This page separates the four parts of zenture pricing: what counts as billable work, how compute becomes a credit debit, how the balance is used across the product and when a plan lowers the rate.
How billing works
Account access does not use credits by itself. Billing starts only when zenture performs a billable AI operation. The path below explains how the final debit is determined. A credit reservation is not a final charge; settlement releases the unused amount. The pricing conditions recorded when a Run is accepted apply to that Run.
A request in zenture Chat or a message evaluation in zenture Run starts billable work.
Every operation is calculated from the effort it actually causes: the processing and model interactions that evaluate your request, and the infrastructure and operations it runs on. We price this effort with our own calculation and bill it in credits. For regular billable Runs, the higher of calculated consumption and the profile minimum is used: 5 credits for Fast, 10 for Standard and 20 for Detailed. The minimum is not added on top. Your plan rate is applied afterwards. A Run that never starts is free; if you cancel after processing begins, billable processing up to cancellation is charged without the profile minimum. A technical failure alone does not justify a minimum charge.
Pay as you go uses the standard rate. Core, Pro and Ultimate apply their lower rate to the same amount of work. The final Run debit is rounded up to the next 0.01 credit. If complete energy measurements are unavailable, calculation uses the available component measurements with an allowance for unmeasured infrastructure, or recorded processing durations with the power values fixed in the Run tariff. Shared infrastructure is allocated using the recorded usage share.
How credits work
Credits turn zenture Chat and zenture Run into one consistent billing unit. You do not maintain separate balances: credits are added to and debited from the account-wide balance.
How plans work
Core, Pro and Ultimate sit on top of pay-as-you-go billing. Each combines a monthly price, recurring credits and a usage-rate reduction. More work still uses more credits; the selected plan changes how economically that work is charged.
