Trust Center

Security and privacy should be easy to inspect.

We build zenture around data security, privacy and your control over your data. We never sell your data or share it for advertising. This page explains how we process and protect it, which service providers are involved and where to find the binding details.

  1. Dedicated infrastructure creates a clearer boundary.

zenture runs on infrastructure dedicated to the service. The service boundary, operating responsibility and protections are designed around zenture’s workload rather than left implicit.

    • Dedicated to the service
    • Defined operating boundary
    • Protection is part of operation
  2. Our Backend and Engine core processing is located in Germany.

The central Backend and Engine infrastructure we operate, and its internal core processes, are located in Germany. External Chat, payment and other providers, and chosen hosts, may perform separate processing described in the Privacy Notice and service-provider overview.

    • Core processing in Germany
    • Provider scope documented
    • Subprocessors remain inspectable
  3. Private by default. No model training without your explicit consent.

Your conversations are not used to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent. Currently, we do not use them to train our own models or enable provider training opt-ins. We process customer data to provide and protect the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

    • Private by default
    • Training requires explicit consent
    • Purpose-bound processing
